  • Why is Rosh Hashana the New Year, if biblically the calendar starts in the month containing Passover? 
  • Our "New Years Celebration" is quite different from that of January 1st. Why don't we just celebrate? 
  • Doesn't G‑d know what I did wrong, why the need for confessional prayers? 
  • If the Torah does not explicitly say to fast on Yom Kippur - than why do we?
